I am glad to welcome you to my website.

My name is Lyudmila Zinovieva.
I am a psychologist, family psychotherapist, sexologist, body-oriented therapist.

I really love my job and enjoy meeting and helping clients.
Understanding the human psyche is a key aspect of my work.
Many years of training, super vision, and my own practice give me a sensitive and attentive attitude towards each person, I believe in the changes that occur during the therapy process. I value depth in relationships, spiritual closeness. I use the Gestalt approach and body-oriented psychotherapy.
I help my clients develop skills of self-understanding, set their own and understand others’ boundaries, make responsible decisions, my help includes awareness of the value of life and one’s own right to it, consideration of traumas, in particular childhood ones, and changing attitudes towards them. In addition, I promote the establishment of conscious, constructive relationships with a partner, the environment and the world.
